What tinnitus sounds like
There is a multitude of different tinnitus sounds/noises that people experience. This recording was made long ago for the British Tinnitus Association (now Tinnitus UK) and although there are other simulations to be found, the selection of different sounds in this recording is the widest selection of synthesised tinnitus sounds I have come across.
Note: the higher-pitch tinnitus sounds begin around 2 minutes 50 seconds in to the recording
Before listening, turn the volume on your PC or mobile device to low and then adjust the volume to a comfortable level to suit you.
